Mechanic (World) refers to the mechanic class of staff who the player employees to work in one of the four park worlds of Theme Park World. It is their job to repair the rides when they breakdown due to wear and tear.
It is also their job to install upgrades onto rides after the Research Lab has invented an improvement. Unlike the Mechanics of Theme Park, there are not seen sitting down resting but use the staff room when tired. Mechanics have two character models, one fat and one thin. However, in Theme Park Inc, only the thin model is used and referred to as Engineers.
